19th Century Victorian Opaline Vase

19th Century Victorian Opaline Vase

Sold Out

A fine example of 19th century Victorian decorative glass, this piece is crafted from opaline blown glass and beautifully hand-painted with floral details. These vases were highly popular across Europe in the late 1800s, produced in regions such as Bohemia (Czech lands), England, and France. This particular example is most likely French in origin.

The vase displays a vibrant green, opal-like color with charming floral and landscape motifs in rich enamels. Its elegant baluster form and delicate artistry make it a striking decorative piece.

Condition: Very good for its age, with two small chips on the rim of the neck (visible in photos), otherwise well preserved.

Height : 12.5”
