This elegant twin handled porcelain vase is a fine example of the work of Robert Hanke’s Royal Wettina factory, known for its richly decorated Austrian porcelain at the turn of the 20th century. The two tone cream-colored ground is adorned with hand painted floral motifs, framed by softly molded handles and highlighted with delicate gilding.
The underside bears the red crown over “RH” mark with “Made in Austria,” which dates the piece to the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1890-1910).
Condition: Aged but well-preserved. A few small chips on the base (visible in photos); these can be professionally restored on request. Otherwise, the vase shows only the light wear expected from a genuine antique.
A refined decorative piece and a collectible example of Austrian Art Nouveau porcelain.
Height : 14”
